1. No Returns:

We do not accept returns on any books purchased through ValiantRayPublishing.com. All sales are final.

 

2. Exchanges for Damaged Items:

In the rare event that your book arrives damaged, we will gladly exchange it for a new copy. To be eligible for an exchange, you must contact us within one week (7 days) of receiving the damaged item.

 

3. How to Request an Exchange:

To request an exchange for a damaged item, please contact us at

ValiantRayPublishing@gmail.com within the specified timeframe. Provide your order number, a description of the damage, and attach clear photos of the damaged item.

 

4. Eligibility for Exchange:

We will assess the eligibility of your exchange based on the provided information. If approved, we will provide instructions on returning the damaged item.

 

5. Shipping Costs for Exchanges:

Valiant Ray Publishing will cover the shipping costs for exchanging damaged items. Please follow our instructions regarding the return shipping process.

 

6. Replacement Item:

Upon receiving the damaged item, we will dispatch a replacement copy of the book to the address provided in the original order.
